I may be like several of you - busy with a tendency to procrastinate when it comes to posting reviews. However, I feel especially motivated to write when met with 'exceptional'. Exceptional what? I first used Maurice's Auto Body back in 2015 after my lease vehicle was damaged. Price was very fair and the work outstanding! So much so that when my son-n-law with both his Cadillac CTS and GTR needed quality repairs that met the standard of HIGHLINE or LUXURY vehicles - I instantly recommended Nick and Maurice's! Without question! Since then we as a family from myself, to son-n-law, to daughter and now many of their friends ALL use Nick and Maurice's WITHOUT HESITATION! Quality exceeds the fair pricing and the respectful communication and comfortable atmosphere makes it a "auto" place that consumers of all ages as well as gender will feel confident and assured that they are receiving top notch repair that truly far exceed the value pricing provided. I've done business with this company. They charge too much, inefficient service, will put defective parts on your vehicle, lousy customer service. I have no idea how they attained a AAA rating. I would never recommend this car repair shop. more

Very Dissatisfied.   Improper Diagnosis.  Defective replacement parts used.  Slow and inefficient.   Will not work with you on price.  Questionable warranty practices. I had my vehicle at Maurice's shop 3 times in a month and never was the shop able to repair the cause of a problem.   Each time my vehicle was taken into the shop it was kept for at least 2 days, even though it was dropped off first thing in the morning.  I had to keep bringing the vehicle back so they could  fix their mess-ups, and the original problem was never resolved!  I ended up having to go somewhere else because I don't trust Maurice's in their ability to diagnose and repair correctly.     Maurice's had my vehicle for over a week all together and never fixed the problem! more
