Mr. Pendergrass was exceptional in helping out my Mom with a real estate transaction. He was very responsive and helped us out even with our limited time constraints, and to make it even better, he was very compassionate and understanding and listened to us. I would recommend him to anyone in the NC area for your real estate needs! more

  • We are a small, highly rated law firm focusing exclusively on serious injury and wrongful death cases (plaintiff's side). Our primary focus is providing clients the personal attention that they deserve when they hire a lawyer. For that reason, we are not a high volume firm, and we are careful to limit our caseload so as to maintain our high standards of client service.

    Unlike many small firms, we enjoy the opportunity to take on large corporations or insurance companies in order to level the playing field. Having been on the other side, Mr. Maurer knows their playbook. We will devote whatever resources are necessary to pursue justice for our clients.

    While we are based in Raleigh, we also have offices in Fayetteville, Charlotte, and service clients anywhere in the state.
