Avoid at all costs! 1/5/2009

Although the service technician is extremely polite, the answers given when having to call THEM to check on status of repair seem to all be lies. I would say I've been playing phone tag for two months, but that would imply that they call you back! To date I have paid them $410 and after two months they still ""haven't received the part"". I suggest you try a more reputable big name company for repairs, one that is actually concerned with their reputation. Pros: local Cons: everything else more

STAY AWAY! These guys are crooks! 11/22/2008

Dropped my TV off in August. Paid $25 for them to look at it. I had to call them back to see what was wrong with it. Was told the power source was burned out and a part was on order. After three months of playing phone tag and excuses form owner who doesn't care about customers I finally got my TV back WITHOUT being repaired! The stand was scratched and gouged and the TV wasn't even assembled all the way. Owner just didn't care. When I asked about getting my $25 back, he just looked at me with a straight face and said no. a $60.00 service charge to come and look at your tv.... How ridiculous! I told you what was wrong with it. Now you want to drive 5 minutes to my house so you can tell me again then charge me????? more
