Although the service technician is extremely polite, the answers given when having to call THEM to check on status of repair seem to all be lies. I would say I've been playing phone tag for two months, but that would imply that they call you back! To date I have paid them $410 and after two months they still ""haven't received the part"". I suggest you try a more reputable big name company for repairs, one that is actually concerned with their reputation.
