i bought a bed from Tina at Mattress Models and have never been happier. I have shopped at every big mattress store in town and her sales pitch was that I should ""pick the one the was comfortable"". Best advise I ever got after all those fast talking salesmen who made me feel like I was at a used car dealership. So what if its not a shiny showroom? I just got my degree from UCF in marketing and they were friendly and there was NO pressure. I got a bed for almost 90% less than what the high school drop out at Mattress Firm tried to sell me and they have the nicest delivery guys. The delivery guy said he had worked for a lot of other mattress stores and these owners not only paid the best - they would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it. It's good to see a mom and pop operation able to stay open with all the big corporate giants who try to run them out of business. Best of Luck to you guys! I'm sending all my friends cause were broke and need someone to give us a break. I hope you put those pother guys out of business for good! more

This place buys used mattresses from hotels, bleaches them and resells them. A lot of water is involved. more

Jesse just finished designing three condos for our company and she is by far the best interior designer we have ever worked with. She brought in the projects on time and under budget and we have increased our sales by 4 percent over last year. If she didn't have what we needed she went out and found it. Jesse and Mattress Models really went the extra mile to delivery quality products and design services that didn't cost a fortune. Almost all of our new home buyers are asking for many of the things she got for us and she isn't charging them any more than she charged us. Very fair person and company. We have another project in Daytona Beach in the fall and you can bet this is who we are going to choose to remodel our condos. more

I have been buying mattresses from Jesse for nearly 8 years for my vacation rental propeties and for my own family. They are fast, freindly, dependable and stand behind everything they do. Out of the mosr than 30 mattress sets I have purchased I have been pleased with every single one. They aren't pushy and they aren't trting to retire on my dime like other mattress companies in town. This is a small business that other people should model their customer service after. They work hard and take care of their customers. more

Purchased a King Mattress from Jessy. She said she is an interion designer and had this left over, never been slept on. I bought it, took it home and it was full of hair. I did not see the hair because it was in a taped up bag. Exchanged it for what I was told was a brand new Mattress. Got that one home and as we were trying to get it up the stairs (very heavy) a seam came undone on the side and guess what? A pink flowered mattress was underneath the new white top. The mattress underneath was a 15 year old Sealy with pee and blood stains all over it. YUK! These people are selling garbage, not to mention bio-hazards. They are liars, cheats, and scam artists. Jessy told me no refunds. When you go into the UHaul where their store is, it stinks like nasty feet and bleach mixed together. If you want to be lied to so you can justify buying a cheap junk mattress, then this is the place. By the was I discovered it is ILLEGAL to sell a mattress with no LAW TAG. I bought a mattress at another matttress store and found the same one here for half the price. My mom and sister have both bought mattresses from them and gotten delivery the same day and they didn't charge any extra for delivering to the third floor. They knew a lot about mattresses and helped my family find what they needed without being greedy or deceitful. Thanks for being the only honest mattress dealers in Orlando! Mattress Models sold me a mattress and matching boxsprings. The owner, Jesse Maley, told me the mattress was worth 3,000$ new. I later saw it advertised new online for only 800$. The boxsprings were not new- they were recovered with fabric. They turned out to be mismatched old stained boxsprings of different height. There was also a body fluid stain on one. So if you bought from them, check your boxsprings. I exchanged these items. The next set of boxsprings had a stain on them that smelled. I asked for yet another set of springs and a different mattress. Jesse Maley told me the boxsprings would be new and that they would match the mattress. They were also recovered! The mattress I could not even allow in the house because it reeked of insecticide. (Know that Florida law requires all mattress resellers to douse their mattresses in toxic insecticide). Jesse Maley signed a legal document stating I would receive a full refund of 525.00 (75.00 of delivery charges would not be returned to me) by September 14th. I signed the document and waited. I have not received my refund and she has refused to send me a certified mail tracking number. She lied that she sent me the refund and did not. She lied and sold me filthy old mattresses and springs. These people are now under investigation by Consumer Protection and I would advise no one to shop there. She will no doubt write a counter review denying all of this. But I have the written proof that I am owed a refund and have not received it. I was skeptical before I went and saw what they had and I am so glad I gave it a shot. They took their time and helped me find a mattress that would work for me after my back surgery. They were extremely educated about all the different beds they had and gave me advise and didn't try to sell me the most expensive set. They delivered it to my apartment within two hours after I purchased it! I recommend them to everyone who doesn't want to pay retail prices and still get a good mattress! This place goes the extra mile...I was so impressed when I bought a mattress set from them and they delivered it the same day - I live on the third floor and they not only brought it in but they put together a bed I had bought somewhere else and helped my boyfriend get the dust ruffle on.
