Mattress Etc

The store manager named Andre has duped me. He came in collected the mattress which was defective and told me he would credit back the amount in 5-7 business days. It has been more than 2 weeks and no refund whatsoever! Complete cheat and liar. This was the third defective mattress he gave to us within last 2 months Today I found out he is SECRETLY closing his store. He is a complete fraud. He is not available through phone calls. No one knows when he is returning back. The bottom line is ; this is a case of compete fraud. I am not sure how many more disgruntled people are out there who have similar complaints about Mattress Etc. Take action before the store closes!! This is a unreliable and unethical store with a cheat owner! more

My husband and I just moved to the area and were in search of a good night's sleep. We were very happy with the service and product we received at Mattress Etc. There was a playroom where our two small children could entertain themselves while we searched for the right buy. I was also very impressed with the salesman who was patient and very helpful despite the AC being down in the building for the day during 105 degree heat! He guaranteed our bed was to be delivered that night between 9 and 11, and at 9:30, it was promptly delivered and put together. I can't remember a better nights sleep! We were very satisfied. We were moving to our second home the day after Christmas, and had no furniture or mattresses. The salesman at Mattress Etc's South Lamar store was incredibly helpful and knowledgable without pressuring us at all. He gave us a great deal on three mattress sets, which were delivered that afternoon. Love the mattresses, loved the service, and highly recommend this business. Pros: Service, Quality, Delivery more

After lots of research and several visits to "other" stores, we found that for the money, value and service - MATTRESS, ETC. - was by far, the best deal in Austin! My husband and I are both Native Austinites and will recommend MATTRESS, ETC. to all our family, friends, and clients. We found Anthony and Brian to be extremely knowledegable about their product and very friendly and helpful to work with. Most of all, they have a "can do" attitude - which is sometimes hard to find these days. For the value and the service - you can't go wrong at MATTRESS, ETC. After moving from California we received word that our furniture wouldn't be arriving until 5 days after us and were reserved to the fact that we would be spending a few nights sleeping on the floor. We called everyone in town and nobody could deliver for 3-5 days because of the weekend. We stopped by Mattress Etc. @ Lakeline Plaza on Saturday afternoon and they were true to their word just 4 hours later 3 new beds were delivered to our new home. Thanks Guys!!! more
