Went for lunch. Service was good until we were ready to have dessert. The restaurant has evidently changed ownership and chefs over the last month. Very disappointing. Mahi mahi dish was very good, the rice was dry, could not have been prepared that day. The veal was not tender. Chocolate mousse cake for dessert was excellent! Would not go back unless the food improves. more

Hey this is the best Food I`ve ever tasted and the service is Excellent. The food was sooooo good I had to go back 3 times in a week(twice for lunch once for Dinner) and it`s my New Favorite place.I am there every day for lunch now.The Staff is very very nice and service is excellent, highly skilled servers (One Waiter a Waitress and a busboy run the entire Show there)I was very impressed by their knowledge and there is only ONE CHEF that cooks for the entire restaurant-can you imagine One Chef for 50-60 ppl and still manage to bring the food so HOT ????? If you ever go there you have got to try their Soups-BEST french onion and Pasta FAGIOLI soup in the world I`d say......Price wise-$15-$25 per plate.It costs a lot less than other places w/not so great service and food. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED "secret" in Camarillo, Oh and one more thing : if you go there on Fri. Sat. nites it is usually busy so make sure you call them first :) Pros: Very very nice place, "SECRET JEWEL" Prompt service and HOTTTT food right off the stove Cons: None, except we didn`t find out about this place earlier more
