We had windows replaced by materials direct in March 2012 and were pleased with them at first. The were prompt to get back to us in the beginning. After have 2 issues with the windows, they were slower and slower to get back to us. Now that we have another issue with the windows in just under 1 year, they seem to not want to deal with us anymore. I have been trying to contact them for 3 months, with calling their main # and a workers cell # with only 1 call back, which went unanswered again while trying to get back to them. In my opinion I would have paid a little more to have better customer service. They are about the worst company when it comes to customer service we have ever used.
