Dr. Mateer is a very nice man. He was my OB-GYN for the past 5 years and preformed two c-section on me. He is very calm, I have never seen him get worked up. He is friendly, but not overly friendly. He delivers in Danville, PA at Geisinger Medial Center in the Woman’s Facility.
