Carpet inspector Jim Grahek of this company will make up any lies to be on the side of Mohawk , I'd would love to know just how much in kick backs this man gets to help Mohawk deny there claims, comes in your home as a friend leaves Stabbing you in the back. Nice work Jim more

Our carpets were horrible - we thought they would have to be replaced due to the large number of spots and dirt all over them. They were truly gross. We decided to try cleaning first -we hired Master's Touch and WOW! We were truly amazed. Almost every stain came out! They looked incredible. I have never seen carpets come so clean!!!! Would definitely recommend Master's Touch. They are awesome! more

When I initially contacted the company I told them that the area to be cleaned was a 2 bedroom condo. When their representative Bill arrived today, an hour and a half late without a phone call, he stated that he was told it was a 1 bedroom condo and the charge would be more than what I was quoted on the phone. Additionally, Bill stated that cleaning the closets would be an additional charge and they do not accept credit cards. This sounds like a completely shady and dishonest company and I would strongly not recommend doing business with them . more

Do not use this company, they are dishonest and hard to deal with. In addition, they post fake reviews to make themselves look like they are a top rated carpet cleaning company. Look at the dates of their reviews. \r \r When I called for carpet cleaning service they quoted me one price on the phone for a three bedroom house, and I scheduled their service for the morning of the day I was ending my lease. They said it was their three bedroom special. They did not ask about square footage, the size of the rooms, etc. I thought I was getting a fantastic deal.\r \r Day of, the ""technician"" arrived, and told us it would be much more than the quoted price. The technician cleaned, and then charged me an even higher rate then the other two quotes.\r \r I WOULD NOT USE THEM! I had to have them clean the carpets because I needed to meet my lease requirements. Otherwise, I would have cancelled and called someone else.\r \r It's much better to go with someone who quotes you a higher price, but sticks to the price. more

Highly recommend this company. They do a great job cleaning carpets that were well past due for a cleaning. more

I moved here in 2002 from Massachusetts. I've had years of experience with having carpets and upholstery cleaned. I chose Master's Touch as they were the only local company able to dry clean my upholstered pieces. I had them do my carpets as well and was so pleasantly surprised! They were able to get ALL the stains out. The technician (Billy) is the utmost professional. He moves all the furniture out and back and goes the extra mile to get that stubborn stain out. He even did my master bedroom closet! I would highly recommend Master's Touch. They're the only company I call now. more

I was tired of the same promises from the normal 'steam-type' carpet cleaners. After reading, researching and calling around, I decided to call Jim at Master Touch. I have to say, I was impressed from the beginning...he walked me through the process. After listening to the passion he had for his cleaning system, I just set an appointment. I love Master's Touch Carpet Care, and I would not go to anyone else. I have been using them since the mid 1980s. Bill is excellent, and he is the person I usually have out. However, one time there was a fill-in, and he did not get a stain out of the carpet. When Bill came back, the stain was up in no time. Because the service wasn't the best that time, I gave them a 2. I am getting ready to move out of state, and I am leaving contact information for the new tenants for all my service professionals. I am definitely leaving the magnet for Master's Touch Carpet Care on the refrigerator in order to recommend them. more

We have used Master's Touch Carpet Care Inc. for their dry cleaning services. They are prompt, show up when they were supposed to, and do what they are supposed to do. They do a good job. We have used them for our personal home and have also referred clients to them. more
