Masters Green

After being a customer for the last few years and having to spend a ton of time and effort getting the service I paid for in advance actually completed, I decided to give Masters Green one last shot this year to earn my future business. They failed, again. I should not have to call every 6 weeks wondering where my service is, just to find out that most times I was ""missing"" from the schedule. more

I have had other company's in the past and my lawn looked horrible! So in May of last year (2010) I called up Masters Green and my lawn is the best lawn on the block now! All the neighbors wanna know who I'm using and it feels great to tell them. When I did call to schedule the sales person was so helpful! He gave me his direct line, so if I ever had a question I can call him. Which I have, because to be honest I don't have the best green thumb! This is are second year with masters green and last year they did a wonderful job, but this year something drastic changed in the company. We started getting yellow spots and called to have someone come out and look. No one showed. The fellow did show up to fertilize and I talked to him and asked him what he thought was going on, he said he was not sure and would have a manager stop by. And again, no one stopped by. The fertilizer guy stopped by again a couple weeks later and said he talked to the supervisor and even put a note on his desk. He said he would talk to him again, yet no one stopped by... This is the worst company you can ever deal with. The provide poor customer service at all levels. Masters Green is suppose to call you to verify the services the following year and never does so. They also will continue your service year after year unless you specifically tell them not to come back out and will charge you for those services even without an enforceable contract. They are overpriced and not worth the money. I would not recommend them at all. It is ironic that there only two recomendations are paid endorsements. If you haven't used them ever dont and if you use them now I would suggest you get rid of them immediately. Cons: Poor Service, Show up without any consultation, over priced more
