I contacted three electrical contractors regarding the installation of a whole house standby generator and Jeremy Masters was the first to respond. He was very knowledgeable and provided the information I needed to know about standby generators. I contracted with Masters Bros. based upon reputation, quality of work, and reasonable pricing. Jeremy performed an onsite survey at my home to provide an estimate for a generator system. A few days later the new generator installation was completed by the electrician, Erik, in less time than he estimated. Erik was polite and explained the operation of the Generac generator as he completed the wiring. It was apparent he had an abundance of experience which enabled him to perform the job efficiently.
