I selected Master Tech over other collision repair shops because they reported that you could follow the repairs on line. I went on line and there was one photo and a few days later there was another one. I have noticed a few blemishes that I am not happy with but I don't want to be without my car either, therefore I have not advised the shop. I am not sure if I would go back to Master Tech or recommend them. more

Hello everyone at Master Tech! Great work on the repair of my company issued 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. A few of my colleagues have commented 'can't tell there was ever any damage!' Including the guy who hit it. The only issue...Our Safety Director was not happy, however, that the end price was not the estimated price, and that were we not contacted there would be a difference. We had the check from the Insurance company made out for the estimate, the company had to make up the difference. Other than that Life Is Good! The vehicle suffered significant damage. They restored the vehicle pretty well. But really dropped the ball on the finishing details. There were several items that needed to be reworked after we took delivery. When I took it back, the shop owner tried to give an excuse for the first item ("There isn't much we can do about that".) But as I showed him the other items he was very apologetic and promised to get the items resolved. At 28 days and over $17,000 in repairs the job should have been done right the first time. Friendly staff but quality assurance is lacking. Who knows what else is wrong with the car that I can't see. more

Master Tech replaced some of the outer panels of the front side of the car. They fixed it up fine, and it looked great when they were done. However, they forget to do some things they needed to do, and I had a problem with the battery being charged by the alternator, so I had to bring it back in to have it fixed. more

The damaged area was repaired well but the car came back with a scuff on the r/r door. That should not have been there especially since that door was just repainted along with the r/r quarter panel. Also, the alignment was done and I can se the wheel is centered but the car pulls to the right. Hopefully that'll change when I rotate the tires so I don't have to walk around saying Mastertech didn't do a good job. more

My 03 Honda Oddessy was in a accident and the insurance company had it towed. After the decision was made from the claim, they wanted to use PUZ'S Auto Body to do the repair and I went there to sign the authorization form to begin. I got there and their building was an old run down shack, smelling of cigarette and alcohol. The place had no AC and nowhere for customers to sit. They owner looks like he's been up all night and hasn't shaved for weeks. Based on that, I decided to read some reviews about Puz's and what I found was were comments like... "Rude", "Horrible Service", "Worst experience", "don't ever go there...". I calling with a question to get 2 tires replaced instead of one they guy got upset and said to "come and take my car else where that I'm not here to negotiate with you. We repair whatever we need to repair...". Well I called the insurance negotiator to get my minivan out of there. Anyway, I came across Master Tech. via Google search and everything from customer service, to daily updates, to phone follow up until the repair was complete was the BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had!!! My mini van looked newer than it ever did. They detailed the inside and out. I would definitely use them from now on and highly recommend going there to get your repairs done. You will not be disappointed! The best part is that I got lifetime warranty on the repairs they made... you can't beat that. Thanks for the great experience guys! more

I found that the people at Master Tech Paint & Collision were as humble and gracious as anybody could be. They were very positive in everything they helped us with. I had been involved with another car and the insurance thought so highly of Master Tech Paint & Collision that they recommended we go there. Master Tech Paint & Collision did everything we asked for and more. When I was down there, they were very hospitable and very helpful. The car looked grand when they were finished with it! The people at Master Tech Paint & Collision were extremely professional. They kept me informed of when the car was going to be complete throughout the entire job. They were on time, and exceeded my expectations. For instance, they brought my car into the shop on a closed day. Master Tech Paint & Collision got someone to come into the shop on Saturday to bring my car inside because there was a hurricane coming. My car had protection inside the shop instead of being out there in the parking lot for the weekend. Master Tech went above and beyond than they needed to. They have great customer service. They got back immediately, and everything was on time. My car was perfectly clean when I got it back, and it was great! more

I went in to get a quote on Thursday afternoon for minor body repairs and was able to drop my car off the next morning (because it was convienent for me!) My car was ready Monday early afternoon. Quick service and quality repairs...without any hassle. Master Tech is the only body repair shop my family and I use! more
