This is the second time that I've had to use MasterTech in a few short months. Both times I've been extremely pleased with the entire experience. The front office was very clean, the front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The estimators were knoweledgabe and explained what they were doing and looking for as we went along. The vehicle was finished on the day they stated (as a matter of fact it was a day early the second time!)While I enjoyed my experience with MasterTech, I hope it's a LONG time before I have to use them again!! LOL more

Just want to thank Jim and the Master-Tech Crew for the wonderful job done. I had never heard of your shop before but after talking to Brian with Progressive I was a little at ease but still on the fence, than Jim(the owner) came and took me on a tour of the facility and assured me my car was in good hands.....he was right. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back(hopefully not anytime soon). Looks like it came off the show room floor(again). They were very cooperative and professional and I even got updates...Did I mention it was done two days ahead of schedule? Can't say enough good things, as a person who (knock on wood) who hadn't ever been in a wreck I didn't know what to expect and frankly I was scared....the eased me right away! more

After picking up my repaired car, I noticed the tire pressure idiot light on the dash. These are quite sensitive and the outside temperature change sometimes is enough to trip the sensor light. However, when I got to work (aprox 3 mIles away), a tire was totally flat. I called the master tech folks and they came to the rescue. Sent some folks to put on my spare and took the damaged tire to investigate. The side wall was damaged and they replaced the tire for me. This wasn't part of the accident repair, but likely happened while my car was in the shop. I really appreciate the additional help they gave me, as there was no way I could get back to the shop on the flat tire. I would recommend this shop to anyone! Professional, curteous, and helpful....a winning combinaiton more

This was my second time using Mastertech Paint. I had a tailgate that was damaged, so I got a new tailgate and they repainted the lining to match the bed of the truck. There was a miscommunication the first day about what exactly was going on, but ultimately it was straightened out and I was satisfied. Everything looks alright. Richard Hill more

Master-Tech repaired my Chevy Malibu after a dear ran into the side of my car. Justin oversaw the repairs to my vehicle while it was at the shop and turned a unfortunate circumstance into a pleasurable interaction between business and customer. I felt like I had been a customer for years, and that my car was in good hands. And it must have been, since the repairs were completely undetectable after the work was completed. I would recommend family, friends and anyone else that is in need of Master-Techâ??s services to not hesitate to call, they are top notch, and when it comes to auto body, there is not other choice in my mind!
