Excelent choice. Most companies I visited did not have knowledge or samples of doors. Master Seal had such a wide choice of products. They Explained the differences between smooth steel and textured steel doors as well as fiberglass doors. Lots of color and hardware choices. Offered a wide varity of storm doors as well as windows too. Price was important and I felt I got much better quality at a very reasonable cost. The installer was very polite and knew what he was doing. He mentioned he had been with Master Seal 20 years and had been installing doors for 28 years. They know what there doing. Bad Mistake 1/6/2009

Although the doors we had installed are very nice and good quality, the arrogance and unprofessionalism of our salesaman overshadowed the experience for us. He was very defensive when asked specific questions about pricing and became sarcastic when I asked if I could get extra keys.......his response,""Well, you can go up to Home Depot and have some extra keys made"". Not a nice guy......like I said, good quality doors but customer service skills and professionalism are lacking. The doors have a lifetime guarantee but I wonder what it will be like to actually get something fixed if needed. Never again for MasterSeal! Pros: quality Cons: salesman more

If service is part of the sales pitch from this company - RUN as fast as you can! These people wouldn't know how to provide good (not even adequate) service ever! more

bad 1/22/2008

I spent 3600.00 dollars on a door that has broken the seal two times and is only three years old.. Costing me money each time to pay for insulation. They installed locks that only lasted a couple of years and wanted 150.00 for a replacment lock. I would never recommend this company. more
