I can't say enough about this place. The school is clean and fresh and big. The staff is wonderful. But most of all Master Gorino seems to always be there. And he is such a unique...

Great place to workout. I am having fun and learning some cool stuff. Including selfdefense and I have lost weight. Master Gorino is very caring and competent. I even feel more confident many areas of my life more

No surprise they were rated #1 in WNY 9/16/2011

The last 16 years of training have truly been a fantastic experience. In my fourties and have the energy of someone in their early 20's. My children train as well. There is no question their confidence has built as a result of traing here. \r Master Gorino teaches every class. Hard to find! He cares about every student and encourages each of them to discover their best. Simply love it! more
