Wonderful! I didn't know what to do or expect, but needed my car fixed. I found them to be friendly and helpful. They got me into a rental and gave me an approximate "done" date. It turns out it got done a day early! My BMW looked like new! The inside was even cleaned. I would highly recommend them. Pros: null Cons: null more

DO NOT take an import cart to this body shop! They literally are on another planet when it comes to pricing. They see a foreign car come in and they charge through the roof! Never again will I deal with MCG. The customer service (one person in particular) is a nightmare to work with. Pros: None Cons: Customer Service/Turnaround time for repairs more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ONLY TRYING TO MAKE A BUCK 4/10/2008

I rearended another car and didn't have any car insurance and Roger's was the body shop the other party chose to take their vehicle to for repairs. Even though I was the one paying the bill out-of-pocket, Roger's blatantly told me on the phone that they WOULD NOT talk to me since I wasn't their customer. I tried to shop around for used parts to cut the cost of repairs and Roger's said they would not take used parts and if I wanted to find parts, I could take the car to my own garage and fix it. If I ordered parts, they would decline the order and refuse to use the parts. They proceeded to interrupt me each time I tried to ask a question and ended the conversation by hanging up on me mid-sentence. My body shop told me the Roger's is known for charging the most and always trying to make a buck no matter what. The guy (Roger??) also has a reputation for being rude. Customer service was horrid and I would never take my vehicle there or choose to give them any money for any reason. I can't believe some people aren't concerned at all about customer service...you'd think if you want your business to have a good reputation for treating people well, you'd at least put in a little bit of effort. They didn't put in any. more

Great Customer Service 3/19/2008

I like to keep my cars in excellent condition, so I was crushed when someone backed into my car recently. The driver's door and rear panel were badly dented in, causing the door not to shut properly, and the paint was damaged and flaked off of the bent metal. I called my dealership to recommend a body shop, and they sent me to Roger's Master Collision. Roger's performed stand-up work with excellent customer service. The door and paint look perfect. This has been my only experience with a body shop, but I'm very picky about perfection and I left this shop very satisfied with their work. Pros: Knowledgable people, very attentive and didn't keep me waiting. more
