Please beware of this location. I asked if they could clean my persian rug, pointing out a corner that had been stained. They said 'yes', of course. It came back, and there was dog hair all over the back of the rug, the edges were dirty as if dragged through the dust and color had leaked everywhere. I asked them to fix their damage, pointing out the 'clean' areas as to how the whole rug should appear. The rug came back the second time, worse than before. The foreign 'owner', who had never been in the location my previous 2 visits, stated 'You don't remember the condition of the rug and just do not want to pay'. He forgot, I suppose, that I was the one who chose, purchased and has lived with every fiber of this rug for the past 3 years. ..yet this was the very first time HE had ever seen it. He was incredibly rude and said 'So make a claim'. I stated I had just planned on not paying since he ruined my very expensive rug, but since he offered...great, I would now like to make a claim also in the amount of the rug estimated at $3000. Then he, like a child, refused to hand me the form. He was nasty, never once showed an ounce of customer service, and displayed to his staff a miserable failure in proper business etiquette. Now I presume they all will comport themselves this way and will presume that damages they create are not their fault nor their responsilbility.
Pros: They all appear to be breathing, but have no hearts
Cons: They are unscrupulous, unethical and take no responsibility for their mistakes
