Gordie and his team at Mass Carpet Care did a fabulous job for our radio stations. Half of our building has the original carpet from our build out in 1997, the rest of the building has new carpet just put in this past June. The old carpet had stains from coffee, tracked in mud and marks from construction around our building and driveway over the past few years. We hadn't had it professionally cleaned in 5 years and Gordie and his team made it look almost new again! You can hardly tell which carpet is new and which is 10 years old! He took the time needed to make it right. It's obvious that Gordie backs his work and has a passion and professionalism needed to do the job right. In these days where customer service rarely delivers what you expect, Mass Carpet Care over delivered for us. I know he's also done some homes for some of our staff and they say the same great things! He came t clean our building after a long 10 hour day doing carpets at the University of Wisconsin Campus and did a tremendouse job! We have been using Mass Carpet Care for about 1 year, maybe 1-1/2 years now. They initially came into our restaurant with a reference from someone I knew. They sold the service to us at the door. I had my house and my boyfriend had the apartment complex he owned cleaned by Mass Carpet Cleaning. My carpet had water stains from a recent flood, and Gordy and his team were able to get the stains out, no problem. My boyfriend had a tenant leave behind a carpet with grease/motor oil stains, kool aid, and various other stains...when Mass Carept was done, I swore it was different carpet! I also like that they do a "dry pass" the carpets before they leave, so instead of days to fully dry, it only takes hours. Highly recommend. more

Mass Carpet Care has been my carpet cleaner of choice for about 2 years. I initially found them in the phone book and called them when I was in need of some immediate help, right then and there. They accommodated me and I have been using them ever since. They do commercial cleaning for my business and are very accommodating as far as special requests that I make. Whether I ask them to do a specific kind of cleaning or request that they be there that night, in an emergency situation, they make it happen. I would recommend Mass Carpet Care.
