I had to wait for my vehicle due to distance and my husband at work, i was offered a vehicle to go home with but when i said i was fine to wait i was offered coffee several times and continued to be checked on. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My tahoe was fixed in the time they said it would be and under the original estimate. I will definately be using Marysville Car Care for all my mechanical needs. more

Good Customer Service 6/3/2014

The guy with silver hair told me he was too busy for an oil change 3 straight times Thursday, Friday, and Monday. He kept telling me to come back another time. Luckily, the other guy was very willing to help and was very courteous. He squeezed me in so I didn't have to come back again. Service was prompt and efficient thereafter. The silver-haired man ended up being a bit more cordial. more

More Honest and Excellent Customer Service 4/11/2014

Dave and his men saved the day again. My van's temperature gauge was running hot so I took it in to Dave and they discovered, after thoroughly looking the van over, that it was just low on anti-freeze. No other problems were found. (I thought that I was in for a huge repair bill) It's great knowing that I can always depend on and trust Dave and his men to be honest about what is wrong with my vehicles whenever I bring them in for any problems.Thanks once again Dave !! I would NOT bring my cars anywhere else for repairs.You can ALWAYS trust MCCC !! more

problem solved 4/8/2014

our engine oil leak problem was found quickly and the cracked filter housing was replaced. All was done swiftly and in a professional manner. Thanks guys. more
