Maryland House Condominiums

I just wanted to voice an opinion as someone who recently purchased a condo in Maryland House. I have met all of the door attendants, and I know whom Joe is referring to. Quite honestly, as an OWNER, I love Carl and all the others. It is their job to be there and watchful. They do their job well. And I'm not accusing Joe of anything but there are some college renters here, and maybe they don't like being 'watched' on camera, but when it comes to safety and security of the property that we have invested in, to hear the job is being done is refreshing. I have been there only a month but I'm all for the job they do, and I think they do it well. I""d recommend this place. Maybe it isn't for everyone, but Joe needs to remember he's renting a unit someone else has a financial interest in, and if he doesn't like the 'community rules' perhaps a college dorm or dingy apartment is more fitting. Again, not trying to be rude, but I think I've made my point. Kudos to the staff at Maryland House. more

First of all, the tall white guy (doorman Joe Johnson is complaining about) is a great guy. I have lived at the Maryland House Condominiums for the last 3 years and he is always wonderful. Sure, he sticks to the rules, but he is fair and honest and treats everyone the same. He also walks the grounds regularly and makes sure that everyone is safe. Shouldn't you want a person that is so dedicated working for you? It's because of Carl and the rest of the door people that make the Maryland House an enjoyable place. Maybe you should try smiling and saying hello. I am sure they will smile back. more

One of the worse apartment ever because one of the doorman (tall white guy) thinks he owns the place. I always try to avoid this guy coz he seems creepy. All he does is watch the surveilance all day. it is his job but he seems to go overboard with it. I just dont have a good experience with this place because of him always popping out of nowhere. I regret renting here... more
