Marygrove Awnings

I love my Marygrove awning! I purchased one this summer and it has been excellent with shade. Also the employers were very friendly to work with. They were very committed to getting the job done quickly and yet still correctly. I was very impressed and am very happy with my purchase. more

Marygrove Awnings recently installed awnings on our West Houston home and I would like to tell you that it was a pleassant experience from start to finish. We thought the odds were against having so many efficient people in one company.\r We chose Marygrove in the first place because the salesman who visited our home was extremely knowledgable, helpful and agreeable. We decided that if the company had the sense to put someone like him on their sales force, they probably knew what they were doing! And they did! I called this company through a referral given by my neighbor. I called them and they came out the gentleman that came out was friendly and professional. He wrote up a contract and took a check for half the total cost. We discussed several ideas and I picked one that I wasn't really sure about so called him the next day to let him know that I wanted a different shape he quickly got off the phone with me and never bothered to call back. I proceeded to follow-up with an email as to which he wrote back very busy lots of BIG jobs going on, well that told me the little people don't matter with this company. So I called back on Saturday and talked to yet another man who said my sales rep would get back to me first thing Monday, well it's Monday afternoon and I never heard so I called and asked for my check back, they didn't even bother to right THEIR wrong. Don't waste your time or money, they don't have the decency to call someone and let them know that they just don't have the time to do what YOU are paying THEM to do. They are lucky to be so busy in these times, just remember that in the rough times it's the little people that will get you through it and I am making it known NOT TO CALL MARYGROVE!!!\r I am having a large house warming party and I will have an awning by another company, but will make sure to let everyone know of this experience. \r Pros: None- the only reason it got one star is because you have to Cons: Everything more
