Blower motor not working 11/13/2017

Charlie and Eli was great they did good work and took the time to explain things and if I had any questions please just call. The appointment went easy as well I like that you talk to a person and they answer your questions as well. Would I recommend them heck yes I would.. I live in Cheyenne Wyoming. I have used Marv's plumbing several times for a new furnace, installing a gas line, a few small plumbing repairs, and lots of advice. Absolutely stellar service and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend them! no dependability 10/17/2017

I had called to set up an appointment for an estimate. I had to make another one because the first one set me up with a guy that doesn't do estimates. Then I waited a week for a no show. I called and was put on hold until I was disconnected, then called back. left on hold for another five minutes, then I was told that there was a miscommunication, and can com the next day. I'm not wasting any more time on them. I'll give my money so someone that will do what they say. Professional Service 10/13/2017

Had furnace cleaned and serviced. Steve called and said he would be here as scheduled and did arrive a few mn early. He was very friendly and went right to work. Thanks for the Good Work! 10/4/2017

Marv's Plumbing and Heating really went above and beyond to help me out. I had a plumbing issue that was tied to the main water valve and the city had to get involved before the fix in my home was possible. Marv's coordinated with the city so that they were both around at the same time. This was such good customer service and I will 100% recommend them to my friends. more

The men that came out were courteous, kind, and polite--but the sink issue was a real pain the $@!#%. 9/22/2017

One day Marv's Plumbing and Heating didn't show up, and another day they said they would be here and never showed up. But I like the guys they send because they are very courteous and kind. We just had one heck of a time getting times put together. And then when they fixed my sink, it leaked and leaked and leaked after--and they had to come out three more times. I think they are pretty pricey as well. more

Did great fixing the shower, and leak. 9/22/2017

I was very happy with how quickly Marv's was able to come out to my place. The only thing that was frustrating was when I called to make payment, I had to call at least 6-8 times because I would be placed on hold for very long periods of time, so had to hang up. more

Furnace install 9/5/2017

When it rains, it pours. Within the past month, we've had Marv's install a new water heater and a new furnace in our home. Ryan and Kris took care of our water heater problem for us, which made us choose Marv's again for our new furnace. Josh and Nate were amazing at getting our old furnace out and the new one installed. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything they did. It's pretty high tech, in my opinion, but they explained how to operate the furnace and thermostat. They even set up an app for me so I can control the heat from my phone! Josh and Nate went above and beyond with this job. The plumbers and the furnace installers were very kind and personable. They really made us feel like they care and because of that, we will use Marv's for all of our plumbing and heating needs. I would highly recommend Marv's! more

Poor Communication between company and customers. 8/19/2017

They push customers off like they are not a priority. Marvs rescheduleds appointments and does not let customers know. Called several times and was on hold only to be transferred to voicemail. The call center is a joke no one has a clue what is going on you get transferred from one person to next. Besty and Jeremy have been wonderful through this insanity and are the only ones that seem to have the ability to resolve issues. Once you can get a technician out the service is great, but arriving at that point is almost impossible. Please work to resolve these issues in the company. more

Quick, efficient, and professional. 8/1/2017

David repaired a leak in an upstairs bathroom that was draining into a wall in the basement. He gave an explanation of the possible problems and solutions in very understandable and brief scenarios. He worked efficiently, even concerned about the time it may take to complete the repairs. David was proficient and very kind. Thankful that he could complete and repair the leak this morning. more

No water on a Saturday 8/1/2017

We had a great finish to a lousy day. Our water went out late Friday night, and upon 15 minutes of Marc's showing up, we were fixed and flowing. Job well done. Fast, courteous and very professional. more
