Marv's Original Pizza Co

If you like specialty pizza, this is the place to go. I agree with other reviews that the service here is lacking most of the time (but it is even worse at Mission Pizza and Central Coast Pizza, so I deal with it), and the atmosphere is in need of some attention, but when I have their pizza, I eat until I'm so stuffed I can't eat another bite, and that isn't normal for me. I love thier ranch dressing and their breadsticks. Their heart pizzas at Valentine's Day are also super fun. Try the BBQ Chicken pizza! more

I heard marv's pizza had the best pizza in town. I was sadly disappointed. The customer service was subpar. After waiting for a while we finally got our salad. Although the salad was large, the lettuce had dirt all over it, and the celery tasted like chemicals. The pizza we got had me convinced the money was well spent,... until I spent the next few days very close to a bathroom. If you're in Paso, and want some good pizza, don't waste your time. Mission Pizza (a block to the west) or Central Coast Pizza (by Vons) will give you a much better experience. more

I've been to Marv's many times and I've always enjoyed the food and people. Its downtown, which a great location. Its close to the movies, shopping. Or just relaxing in the park. more

we went into marvs and ordered a pizza when NO ONE else was in the whole place! we sat and waited for the pizza for about 30 minutes when a few other groups of people came in and ordered pizza too. we sat there for ANOTHER half hour and watched all the other people get served before us. we went and nicely asked them if they had our pizza for us and they had lost the order. we asked for a refill on our drinks since we had been sitting there for over an HOUR and they said no. they told us that they put the order in again and it would be coming soon. we waited for ANOTHER hour before finally telling them that we wanted our money back, and they said no and made us wait for our pizza. worst service ever. cant even remember what the pizza tasted like. AWFUL. would not recommend it to anyone! Cons: awful awful service. more
