Awesome work on my car. Could not even tell there was anything wrong with it. It was ready when they said and the car looked beautiful with no hassle...well other than my deductible! :) more

Over two weeks before they could work on car 2/28/2014

Everything went very well. People where nice and work was good. Only thing is it took over two weeks before they could do the work because they where so busy. Maybe need to hire more people or getting a bigger building. more

some okay but timeliness not so much 2/26/2014

I had to wait over a month to get in for my repair (which I was told would take 30 minutes) because somehow a foglight is not considered important. Hmm. I had to bring my car in the morning and leave it for the day (for a '30 minute' repair). I had to wait more than 10 minutes for them to figure out if my car was done. Then they had to bring it around. Then I was told the glue may or may not hold (which didn't quite match what I was told originally); I will hope it is fixed. No car wash. I will give them credit for keeping it at the $ estimate. They really need to work on a plan for communicating between the front and the back on what cars are done and when cars need to be brought up that doesn't include multiple people running back and forth. (I am irritated, however, that I keep getting emails for reviews. I don't remember signing any permission that I could be repeatedly emailed about such things. I believe there is a developing theme here of customer time being discounted. ) more

Honda Odyssey Rust Removal 2/26/2014

Rust removal went well. Replacement vehicle provided while the van was in the shop was very nice as well. more

Was pleased with service, early delivery 2/21/2014

All in all as good an experience as one could have when dealing with auto repair. Really appreciated the autowash. It was nice to get the truck back looking better than it did when I brought it in. more

A great place to take your car! 2/19/2014

We've taken our car to Marv's Body Shop Inc. three or four times at least. Every time they've been very nice to us, and they've gotten us a different car when we needed. Everything they've done has come out perfect. We brought our car back for a checkup recently and it was all fine! more

Good body work but poor service regarding estimate 2/13/2014

Was called the day the car was to be picked up and told it would be $70 more because they had not charged for enough labor. Also, day car was to be picked up received call at work that car was ready. Left work immediately but was delayed by a train. Called and let them know if I stopped to put gas in the car, I would not be there by the time they closed. Was told it was "not a big deal" and to bring in the car. A couple days later, I received an email asking for me to send a check for $15.63 for the gas. more

Friendly and kept me posted as when my car would be done 2/11/2014

They did a great job,my car looked like a brand new . The paint matches perfect. I want to thank the crew that did a great job on my car. I loved the idea of sending pictures on each step as it gets fixed. Great Job. Also thanks to Evan, who returned my calls and who kept me posted. Awesome. more

The only bad point I have is the wait to pick your vehicle up. It was a saturday and I waited almost an hour to pick my car up. Had to wait through 4 estimates then it only took maybe 5 mins to get... 2/10/2014

Great job! Really appreciated the interior cleaning too!!! Wish it would stay as clean as it was when I picked it up. All work looked great. more

I love using Marv's. From the initial visit for the damage review & quote, through the actual repair process, the service, professionalism, communication, and quality of the repairs is first rate. Marv's uses state of the art equipment to make the process as effortless as possible for its customers. This is my third experience with Marv's and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. Five stars all the way!!! At first visit, the initial and estimate using state of the art equipment and friendly staff is a positive experience. The customer facing staff performing estimates, providing communication updates, and interfacing with the body shop techs are knowledgable, professional, and have the customers best interests in mind. The quality of work is first rate and fairly priced. I have used Marv's on 3 seperate occasions over a 4 year period and I have been very satisfied each time. I highly recommend Marv's to family and friends and would not use any other repair shop. more

Quick and Efficient, Great work done! 2/7/2014

Marv's took care of my Hail Damage from this past summer and did an amazing job! No more ugly dents! They also recently replaced a bumper on my father's pick up after an unfortunate run-in with a tree. They were able to complete it in one day for him! Unfortunately like father, like daughter and they will be repairing my trunk here shortly. Wouldn't trust another body shop with my repairs! Quality work and love the updates you receive! more
