Bumper replacement TOOK FOREVER! I had to drop off my wife's car to have a bumper replaced. Normally a 2-day item. At the end of day 2, the agent called and said that the color didn't look like it was as good as they could do, so another day would be needed. That's fine, no problem, I want it to look good.
The next day when they're supposed to paint the bumper they were having an insurance agent lunch at their shop and because the meeting was next to the paint booth, no work on my car was done.
So another day that it'll take to get my car done. In the mean time, I'm having to juggle the family's schedule and my work schedule around since the family car is STILL in the shop for a simple bumper replacement.
The company is responsive, they answer the phone and can give me an update, but the speed for minor issues should be much better than what it is.
