Outstanding Service 10/20/2015

I went to Martin's Auto twice in one week with car problems. I did not ever have an appointment either time. They greeted me with a smile, called me to let me know what was needed, did the work, dropped me off and picked me up at home when the car was ready. more

Honesty and Customer Service 10/11/2015

Always able to work around my busy work schedule, provide rides or even a loaner when needed. Will within my budget by taking care of only the things that are most important first. Been with them for more than 6 years. more

Martin's was willing to stay late so I could pick up my truck as I would need it the next day for work. And the work was done pretty much on time and at a fair price very happy. Thanks You 10/8/2015

Dropped my truck off on Monday they completed the work and waited late so I could have it back by tuesday. Now that's service thank you more

ridiculous 10/8/2015

I went hoping to fix my car. A man checked my car out and said some belt broke and it would cost $300.00 for labor alone to fix the belt and check if the engine is messed up and if the engine was not messed up it would cost a total of $1200.00 to fix it but if the engine is messed up it would cost so much more. I promise you mechanics want to screw over young females who they know do not know anything about cars. Shame on you for trying to take advantage. I wasn't going to say yes to this but HOLD UP they were willing to work with me with some payment program I would have to pay off in a certain time frame or pay intetest. Yeah they are so wrong. I ended up saying no to the help and paid $60.00 for towing my car and $60.00 for telling me the belt is broken. Thanks for nothing. Also paid $60.00 more to have it towed back. more

Trust, affordability, quality work & awesome customer service 9/27/2015

I have finally found a mechanic that I trust. Martin's is the auto repair shop I've been searching for my whole life. Great prices, honest repair assessments & excellent customer service are what to expect @ Martin's. When my son & I requested a (free) ride home while our car was being serviced, the owner drove us instead of having us wait for the courtesy driver to return. All the work I've had performed has been topnotch & easy on the pocketbook. These people are genuine & I am a client for life. more

Having lived in other countries, I'd have to say that Martin's Auto Repair is the best auto repair shop I've ever had the pleasure of finding and doing business with. David and the team always keep my car running like a dream, it's great to know that the folks looking after my car are of the highest integrity and honesty, true value for money, fast, efficient and friendly service. I'm very thankful that I found them and wished that they were able to look after my other cars that I have in other places across the globe. more

Excellent Service -- Emphasis on both words 9/7/2015

My daughter's car broke down a few thousand miles from home. At my request, David rescued the car from the dealer where they were getting ready to soak me, did a thorough evaluation, identified the most important repairs, worked quickly to get the car back on the road, and charged a fair price. I can't recommend him highly enough. more

Expertise of service and customer care 9/2/2015

In addition to the expedient wook done to solve the clutch challenge for my car, the price was reasonable and customer care great. I also appreciated the purple gift box surprise on my front seat when I picked up my car. Nice touch. more

check up time 8/14/2015

Martin's lets me know when I need a check up and always have with all my cars. Because I follow up, I know I save on expensive repairs, even when they find work to be done. The I-Pad picture of the issue is new, and very helpful. more
