Excellent Service As Usual 12/24/2015

I've taken my Infiniti to Martin's for the last three tune ups, and for other issues. The guys are exceedingly personable and helpful, and when they find other issues you may have not known about, they don't pressure you to getting it done - although they do let you know the severity of the issue is. Also, they sent an email with what they've found - in my case information on the "health" of my car. They even provide a ride or a loaner as needed. These guys to great work and are thorough and have fair prices. I highly recommend them. more

Alway prompt and reliable service from a family owned business 12/23/2015

Key in ignition block was getting stuck at times and would not turn. Took my car to Martin's Auto and described the problem to Glen. He had his expert technician C.J. take a look right on the spot. It was a worn key. C.J. also cleaned and lubed the Ignition Key Cylinder Lock and Switch. Drove away with a functioning car in half an hour. Excellent service from an A+ team. more

I've been happy with your service everytime I've been there. This last time I was taken back when I was charged $129.00 to check the dash reading that was showing error. I did ask if you could check it but I had no idea the charge would be so much. I wouldn't have had it done. I'm on a fixed income and that was a lot to spend this time of year. I blame myself, I should have asked. more

Honesty 12/5/2015

I just relocated to Phoenix with an older vehicle and I am looking for a trustworthy mechanic. Martin's completed a 41 point inspection on my vehicle and when I checked their recommendations against my maintenance log every thing they noted was legitimate and there wasn't anything recommended that had been done I came to Phoenix. This people are very honest and service-oriented. I will be going back to have these items fixed. more

The quick service and trust that the work is done correct in regards to my needs 12/1/2015

I'm very happy with Martin's fixing my vehicle, and keeping in contact with me as to what is needed. I used to take my truck to the dealer to service when needed, but Martin's is better and costs much less. They are more willing to work with the customer instead of treating me as if I know nothing more

They are always friendly and you can trust that they have your best interests in mind when you take your car to them, they always fully explain any work that needs to be done, you’re in the best hands with Dave and the team. This visit I called at very short notice and they were able to get me in the next day just before the busy holiday period for which I’m very grateful. Martin's Auto Rocks 11/4/2015

We took my husband's car in for what we call a physical where the oil gets changed, fluids checked, everything gets checked. They also rotated the tires at no charge because we purchased the tires from them. The bill was under $40. After deducting what we accrued with their rewards program, our total bill was $13 and change. Cannot beat their service or their price. more
