I had my 2010 Honda Accord serviced there opn 11-15-2014. The young man who took my car for service was so sweet and honest--my wife thought her key didn't work, but he told us the key worked fine after he checked it. He even delivered a cup of hot chocolate to me when I was in the waiting room. He made me very happy that morning. When I came into the main hall, the lady receptionist gave me warm greetings. I met the representative ,Lucy Hu, who helped me a lot when I bought this car 4 years ago and we had a friendly brief chat. I saw a female service advisor kneeled down to clean up the trash on the floor in the waiting room. The girl cashiers were very nice too. Even the man(tall) who delivered my car at the end was also friendly---he ran to get my vehicle after he checked my document. Last year when I had my car serviced at MainLine Honda, they miscalculated the price at the beginning, but they corrected it afterwards even though I didn't notice it. The only thing was the 2 hour waiting time. However it was not their problem because it was a Saturday and I was pre-cautioned by the lady when I called to make this appointment. So far I do not have any complaints about MailLine Honda. Good people, good jobs. more

First time here, last time anywhere else. Easily one of the most enjoyable car leasing experiences ever. Allan called us back with information promptly and firmly giving us an idea of what leasing a Honda would be like. Since he was the first to respond and even follow up with a barbecue invitation, they were our first stop of the day. Our salesman, Patrick, made us feel like long time customers and in that probably made us one. Highly recommend if you want a no-nonsense deal. We walked in, saw the car we'd like, test drove it to be sure, grabbed a complimentary barbecued hot dog and soda, made an offer, and signed the lease within an hour of being there. Having planned to go elsewhere, it speaks to the quality of the car and service that our day started and stopped after pulling into Martin's Honda. Though it's probably not totally in your hands, Patrick was especially helpful as a salesman and someone to ask for. His stories alone made the necessary administrative waiting game breeze by. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant leasing experience. more

From beginning to end it was seamless. Steve Bloomer, Jr, Nino Nicolaci, Allan Hall and Josh in Finance are AWESOME! Picture buying your next car from your living room and that's the experience you Get at Martin Main Line Honda. I never heard the word 'no'. Ive bought plenty of cars and shopped around before buying this one. In fact, they told me to shop around for the best deal and promised that they would beat it! They Did! I told them the car I wanted and they had that car on the lot in 24 hours. They worked around my busy schedule and Viola! I have a great new car at a fair price. Shop the other guys but BUY HERE! I hear from everyone that guys (Marcelli and Bloomer, Sr) in the Service Department are Top Notch too! more

We worked with Steve Bloomer, Jr on the purchase of a used CR-V. He was very quick in locating a vehicle that was in high demand and letting us know as soon as it was on site for us to look at. We ultimately went with a newer used model that we saw online. Steve was always easy to reach and very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions there on the spot. When we decided on which vehicle to purchase, we still needed to secure a loan check from our bank and knew we wouldn't have it until the next morning as it was after banking hours. Steve accommodated that hiccup and made sure that vehicle was ours, eliminating the risk of someone else shopping it. Our experience was great start to finish and we will be certainly be repeat customers of Main Line Honda. more

Last week, I visited Martin Main Line Honda knowing that I needed another Honda but unsure of what make, model, type, and financing. I met with Sales Rep Michael Salvo and he was a tremendous help. We test drove three different Honda Models and discussed the pro / con of each decision. The end result is that same day I leased and drove home with my new 2015 Honda Pilot. I am so happy with my decision and very appreciative of MIchael's assistance in the process. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others and I would return for future purchases. more

Main Line Honda Experience 3/15/2011

I leased two Honda's in the last 12 months from Martin Honda. A 2010 CRV and a 2011 Accord. I was so impressed with the sales team and how professional they handled me and my son and nephew. I wanted to educate the 18 year olds on how to lease a new car. I have reccommeded many people to Martin and just last fall i saw a friend of mine in the showroom "window shopping". After I talked to him and sold him on the service, professionalism and just the way they care of you...he purchased a car from Martin too. \r \r Therefore this is why I rated Martin Honda so high. I have owned Porsches, Mercedes, BMWs, Audi, and I must tell you that Hond's team at Martin blows away Audi, BMW and Porsche and is right up there with Mercedes if not better!!\r \r AGain they never pressured me, they just gave me what I asked for and enhanced the process because they took care of my kids!! When someone is nice to your children and honest with them.....there is no better feeling.....I'm sure you'll agree!!\r \r Oh y more

The entire staff was very polite and helpful. The dealership itself is well organized and very convenient. While I was there, the dealership was upgrading it's furniture so that it will be even more comfortable in the future. We are very happy with our 2007 Honda CRV. more

A fair dealership 10/20/2009

We purchased a new 2008 Honda Civic from this dealership. They beat the other dealerships for price. The service has been decent. The waiting room has some toys for kids, although they're a bit dirty and the books are destroyed. They offer nice snacks and bottled water. They also have a nice coffee machine. We've been satisfied with our experience thus far with this dealership. more

I had been taking my car in for service for a couple of years and always thought they were fair and reasonable. When it came time to look for a used car this is the first place I went. I took an SUV for a test drive, when I was done I looked the car over a little more thoroughly. The back of the front seat had a hole in it and the back seat was filthy. Excuse me but I expect a used car from a dealer to be clean. I bought a Toyota down the street. more

DO NOT GO THERE 3/11/2008

i bought my car last year. Which it is hard for me to evern write this because of how heart breaking it was for me. I wanted to buy a black honda civic that is used and had close to little or no damage out side the car. SO i thought i found the perfect one. A small black honda civic and the best part was there were nothing wrong with the out side or inside, well maybe a few scratches in the inside. I took my car home and about the three day i guess the cheap wax job showed all the damage it did have. My car ended up look like a lepard with gray spots. i call to let them know about my car and was told to come in so they can see. When they looked at it they couldn't understand how my car was soooooo spotty. I should have looked at my contract which stated if i had a problem with the car i can cancel and get my money back but the said they would take care of it. But i only had 2 weeks to take the car back. the guy that i was to talk to wan on "vacation" but he was in just in time for me to be stuck with the car. the two weeks came and i brought my car back in and with out asking me put a cheap clear coat to try to cover up the spots so if you were to take a pic you wouldn't even know that there was a problem. i almost had a break down with all this awful events. then they wanted me to trade in my car and i know they were going to re-sale the car to someone else. they wanted me to start all over and give them more money after what they put me through. i gave up at that time. when i had my breaks done they charged me 90 dollar then when i call about my car make noise which it was the break and was charged another 48.00 which if it was their fault i shouldn't be charge. right after the noise stop my speed diameter stop working. at first they we going to charge me 812.63 they didn't even know i bought my car there. which right in front of my car still has their sign + they have my car history. I told them i do have warrenty and now im waiting for that+ cd player stop workn Pros: none Cons: sale you bad cars and don't even give you good customer service more
