The service was excellent but the dashboard temperature gauge that shows the air temperature--not the engine temperature--is about 10 to 15 degrees to high. It was accurate before the service. I'll wait to see if it returns to normal more

I scheduled the appt. online and, apparently, even though it still says Wayne Meadows is my rep, Wayne was no longer working there. I had my confirmation printout with me and Peter made sure I was well taken care of, even though it seemed that my online scheduling was unexpected. I also felt that Peter made every effort to listen to my concerns and work within what I could afford yet was still making sure I knew what work was needed. He was incredibly helpful. I feel very fortunate to have had Peter's assistance throughout the process. Everyone else who assisted was very helpful, polite and made every effort to accommodate my concerns and answer all my questions. It was a very positive experience and I am very grateful for the pleasant and friendly atmosphere. more

I was impressed with Mario my first visit which has continued over the 8 years that I have taken my car into Martens and met with Mario, Years ago I sent a letter complimenting the person who sold me the car and also sent a complimentary letter about Mario. I do wish my interactions with other companies was as positive as it is with Martens. All the staff should be proud of their outstanding performances. I rank Mario and others I have spoken with or dealt with at the very highest end of the scale.
