Marshburn's Flooring America

Very condescending and overpriced. there are better options in the area. I believe the good reviews on here are friends and families because folks I spoken to feel like I do. more

Called and talked to Pat and told her that even though I had bought the carpet because there was a 24 month promotional program that my bill said it was only a 12 month promotion....that is not what I was promised and she was unwilling to change it. I called GE Capital retail bank (they are the ones who send the bill) and they took care of it for me. Very dissapointed that Pat didn't seem to be willing to back what she had promised especially since they pride themselves in being a christian, family run business. She kept saying she felt bad, but not enough to help me out. more

We put down about 1200 square feet of tile with Marshburn's Flooring America. The guy that did the measurements was very helpful and willing to negotiate on price. They got the job done two days earlier than they said they would. That was really nice. I choose them because they were really responsive. more

We built our first house very recently. We went to Marshburn's Flooring America and got all of our flooring through them. I worked with Eric and he was awesome, remarkable, and went out of his way to help me. There was a great rapport with the owners. We never felt pressured. We just happened to find Marshburn's Flooring America by looking around. One day when we were in the area, we stopped and went it. We met a nice young man named Eric, who was our salesman. He came out, measured the floors, and helped us find what we needed. I would highly recommend him to anybody else. The floors look beautiful, and we're very happy with our service. more

I have used Marshburn's Flooring America several times since the first time I used them last year because they have excellent service. I bought a new home last year that had all carpeting, but I needed hardwood floor down on the first floor at least, so I called them and let them know I was ready to do the work very quickly. They came out and took measurements the same day, and that evening they sent me a quote. I had shopped it quite a bit beforehand, so I knew what to expect, and they were very competitively priced, so they were very serious about getting the business, and I appreciated that they didn't want to waste my time. They did the work, and I was very satisfied with it, even now a year later. They are my go-to company now for flooring. I have a second home in a different part of town. I put it on the market for sale, and I had them go to redo the carpet there last week. I've used them three times in the last year, and Eric has become my contact there. I find him to be a straight shooter, like me, so he is easy to work with. He is very direct, and I like that. more

First of all, Pat from Marshburn's comes out to the house to measure and to help you decide what to do once the men get there. The same men put in my living room carpet maybe 4 years ago, and they remember me and they remember the house. There were two of them, they were neat, and when they finished it was just perfect! I had the whole upstairs painted before they got there, and it was fine after they left. They will be coming back next week to do something else for me too, and I wouldn't keep having them come back to my house if they weren't really good. more

We had a little glitch after the product was ordered, but those folks at Marshburn's Flooring America were just ready and willing to correct any problem that there was. They just went way above board in straightening it out, and I couldn't have been more pleased with them. I would do business with them again. They have integrity. Marshburn's Flooring America was here on time and they worked steadily. I couldn't be more pleased with installation. You cannot tell where the seams had been placed! The installers were very congenial. They moved all the furniture back to where it should be. I had them move some additional furniture and they were more than willing to do that. more
