This hotel would receive no stars if that were possible. Accommodations do not even enter as a factor. My wife called the week before her stay to verify that the reservations were all in order. She was told that the hotel would not guarantee the reservation as booked (double room) and that there was nothing she could do about it. They were unwilling to discuss solutions or alternatives and clearly did not care about meeting their guest needs. As a result, 3 people stayed in a single bed. After checkout, 2 charges were made to the same credit card for the same single night stay. When called, the hotel staff stated that this was not their mistake, not their problem and they did not care. Even the ""highest level manager"" available in the hotel stated that, ""This is not our problem. Have a good night."" Any hotel that does not consider its customer satisfaction to be a priority, that does not care about meeting customer needs and is willing to simply say, ""Not our problem,"" and hang up on a customer without resolving a double charge is not worth a second look. Do not stay here unless you want to go through a fraud investigation with your bank in order to reclaim your own money. Do not stay here if you want to receive the accommodations that you request or require. They do not care. And they will not listen.
