Can't say I would recommend this place to anyone. My relative stayed for almost 2 weeks (shame on me) until she ended up in emergency and then I had her transferred to a different facility (The Pearl @ Kruse Way-absolutely fantastic).
Some of the people were great here but the rooms are very cold (old single pane windows), the food is actually uneatable, it looks, smells and feels very hospital like, and is simply just depressing! My grandmother was left for almost 3 hours in the middle of the night, buzzing the nurse/cna-no one came, there were 2 times they ""forgot"" to give her her meals-oops! I voiced my concerns to several people in charge and also the corporate office and all they could do was apologize and make excuses...sorry, not good enough for me or my grandmother!
Please do your research before placing your loved one in a facility like this one. Don't rely only on the referral list the hospital gives you. Take action and be an advocate for our elders...we too will be there someday!
