Other reviews are kind of right that these guys are fast and know what they're doing. I came in with an exhaust I had purchased for my car and they put it in on in about 45 minutes, with no waiting at all for a lift. But, when the bill came to an even $200 which was frankly shocking. When I asked why it was that high, I was told that they charge by the job and that's just what they charge. Pros: null Cons: null more

I was there around 8:30am and no joke, they got me out of there in around a half hour. The people are very friendly and efficient. There was absolutely no wait. I drove up, they put it up on the lift and started cutting and welding. The owner even quoted me a really affordable price on a whole new muffler system (which I asked about). Go here before any chains (Meineke, Midas). You're patronizing a local business and some really nice folks! I'll never go anywhere else. more

Best service in town 7/22/2011

I had muffler work done right before Katrina in 05. Mark has to have the best muffler shop in New Orleans/St. Bernard Parish. Excellent work--done by him personally---best price and I am still driving the same truck with no new work done. more

Don't go anywhere else! 1/2/2010

I showed up when he opened, right on time (!) , on a Saturday at 7:30 a.m. with an exhaust problem. Mark helped me figure out the problem, took the car off the lift, and then, get this- because this was a simple fix he refused to charge me! I swear to God this happened. I gave the guy a $20 tip and was back in bed by 8:15. I'm a customer for life. You're nuts if you go anywhere else first. Pros: Excellent expert service from a honest business owner Cons: Wish all car repairs were this easy! more

Best personal professional sevice anywhere !! 9/19/2006

One of the few bussinesses wher the work is done by the Boss /not a under-paid parttime worker. I recomend very highly! Pros: Professional quality work !! Cons: Will not do if cannot well. more
