You can trust Mark! 8/12/2011

As a single woman, I have to be able to trust a mechanic. Mark is so honest, he's even refunded money to me because something unneccessary was done to my car while he was on vacation. No one was pulling a fast one, my car was so old that none of the other guys was familiar with it, and did what would be needed on a newer car with those "symptoms". Plus Mark left the new part in! more

I got Hosed! 8/11/2011

When my 1999 Volvo S80 overheated on the Grapevine driving to San Francisco on vacation last month, Mark's Volvo replaced my busted hoses and got me back on the road quickly. He even let me pay him when I returned the following week. Now that is what I call service! more
