Brake Service 1/5/2014

While on a road trip I noticed a problem with the brakes and called mark. He said to bring it in as soon as we got home and he would take care of it. We needed new rotors and pads and had the job done late in the afternoon and car runs great. more

Pre-Purchase Inspection 11/26/2013

Mark has been servicing our V70 for over two years. We wanted to purchase a used S60 and mark advised us go with a 2006 or later and not to buy until he had inspected the car. We took him a nice looking 2006 and he found several problems associated with lack of maintenance. He discouraged us from buying the car. We very much appreciate his honesty! more

Finally, an honest alternative to the dealership 11/6/2013

Mark did everything he said he would do and nothing we didn't discuss. They checked my vehicle from bumper to bumper and explained what it needed and what it did not een though the dealer insisted it does. Mark's Independent has a new loyal customer with 2 Toyotas to maintain. more

My experience was the service folks were very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.They took me as soon as I arrived, remedied the problem in about 10 minutes and were extremely reasonable, charging me only for the parts, no labor. more
