Many restaurants have a fish entree on the menu, but few in the area serve it other than breaded and deep fried. Chef Mark rarely uses that technique. Instead, the specials are for fresh fish with unique sauces that vary daily. I've tried many of them and would be hard pressed to pick one favorite. The fish and sauces are complimentary and neither overpowers the other. The service and quality are consistently superior. The whole staff makes one feel welcome. I never hesitate to recommend Mark Allen's.
