Mario's Pizzeria is really good. 11/19/2009

The pizza is great for the price. No it is not the over priced Pepe's pizza but I personally think it is really good. I just had 40 people for a birthday party went down to Mario's ordered 10 pies NOT ALL CHEESE pies and for 110.00 I was able to feed 40 people. My guests all started to go to Marios and get their pies now. Great Job Mario's!! more

Mario's Pizzeria is awful. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS! 7/15/2009

A greek pie with a taste strongly reminiscent of school lunch pizza. Seriously, one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I could only stomach a few bites before I was forced to throw the rest away. Some other monstrosity called "the sorrentino", which looked like vomit on a crust and didnt taste much better.\r Not to mention, the place is extremely difficult to get to, amidst a maze of one-way streets. 2 thumbs down. more

Marios Pizzeria 1/11/2008

Marios Pizzeria makes a good pizza considering the competition. They are no Pepe's, but good for Naugatuck. I like their thin crust, and the sauce is very tasty, not too sweet like some other local places. Their prices are exceptional. They have the usual choices for toppings, and nothing too out of the ordinary. They also make good grinders and calzones. Parking can be a bit of a pain though. more

Big Tasty Pizzas 11/1/2005

This place has a vast selection of italian style pizzas to choose from. Highlights for me are the specialty pizzas, my personal favorite being the 'Mario's Special' (sausage, mushrooms, roasted peppers and onion). The 'Contadina' (with meatball, onion, mushroom, hot and sweet peppers) is also one of my big favorites. Good prices to boot, and they provide home delivery too. more
