rude people lie to your face allround this place sucks they make u have renters insur.then they hand u a form for renters insur. through the same company that ownes the apartment a scam they were running ads that were lies.just to get u through the door they are the worst trust me i could not wait to to move more

Worse place ever!!!!!!!!!!!! Small, low quality apartments. Did not have hot water on several occasions more

Serene Complex 8/14/2005

I have lived in the Mariner's Cove apartment complex for about 3 months now. My favorite aspect of living here is the location. It is close to everything. The parking is easy to come by, although the spots are small. The complex feels cozy and serene even though it is close to a major street and freeway. It can be a pain getting maintenance to come out, but otherwise a great place to live. more
