I really liked the location of this place. I'd just finished eating at 26Beach (awesome restaurant) and I thought I'd stop by at Marina Del Rey. Everybody was super friendly. One guy in particular. He asked me questions, and really tried to figure out what my best option would be. I didn't end up buying a car that day but that was last week. I went back! Got the same guy and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. I wanna thank Douglas R for his knowledge and enthusiasm. I love my car. Hope this helps. more

We came here to buy our son a car for his graduation, Bruce was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. My experience here compared to every other dealership experience definitely deserves that rating though. I've taken my car here for the last year to get serviced. Not once have I ran into any type of customer service issue. I expect car service or repairs to take time since I want the mechanic to do their work accurately. If it takes a week, great!, they've always put me in a loaner for that time period. Service definitely gets an A+, mainly due to Bruce's help in handling issues but also due to their quality.\r \r I just purchased a Prius from this dealer too. The purchasing process was extremely painLESS. I knew which car I wanted, I looked around at other dealers, I even got a quote from another. Marina del Rey Toyota actually ASKED what I wanted to pay and saved me some money from their end considering I got all the options I wanted in the car. Bruce was cordial and very straight forward, two qualities I need when I spending that kind of money. more

So we have been taking the time to look around for the car we wanted to buy for our family. We went around to get a feel for who cared to attend to us, rather then to their needs, it seems like everyone is just a sales person and either cares to rush you or not care to tend to you and your questions if they feel your not buying that day. This was the case to a few places we went, however the second time we payed a visit to Marina Del Rey, we meet Bruce Vahhaji.\r The very first second he did not try to sell us on anything, he took the time to ask what we were looking for, options we wanted to use and what we had in mind to use for the longevity of our family's need. Mr. Vahhaji took the time to show us around to every car we asked about even the ones we were not interested in. He have an honest input to each model and the benefits of options we were looking into. He also suggested a few other models for us to take into consideration, we left that day not buying anything. After going home my husband and I talked that night, and were very pleased with the service we received from Bruce & his positive attitude when we left not buying anything and taking up so much of his time. We returned the following day asking about 3 cars and bought our car, we were even kindly accommodated with a nice sale price off the lot. I would suggest looking for this guy if you care to be tended to with kindness and to have your best interest at heart. more

I have learned to NOT do financing through a dealership, but salesman Marc Lee was great and even though I've opted to wait a month or so to buy a car, I'm definitely going to finance through this dealership. They're great and don't harass the customer. more
