I have trained at MMA for more than two years now. I was never athletic before, but I have been able to excel in the martial arts because of MMA's supportive environment. This class teaches our kick-boxing in a women?s only environment; it is an introduction to our MMA System and builds a skill-set and confidence in a self-defense situation. l learned about the fundamentals of kickboxing, conditioning, striking theory, basic strategies of self-defense, combat and establish a strong base. In short, get ready for a high-paced, fun and intense cardio and anaerobic workout!!! We?ll design these classes specifically for the group that shows up that particular day! The school has a strong sense of community and camaraderie, and I feel very lucky to be a part of it.
