NEVER AGAIN!! 11/6/2011

I dropped off a garment and was promised a day and time that it would be ready. I went to pick it up on the promised date/time only to find that she ""needed more time"". I made another appointment for a WEEK later and again my garment was NOT ready...NOT EVEN STARTED!!!!! It was something I needed for the following week!!!! They were very apologetic, but quite honestly there really isn't an excuse for this!! To put the icing on the cake, my garment was too long and the fabric where the alteration was made was frayed. I spent the entire day/ night uncomfortable and almost tripping a few trips.....thank god for tape!!! Yes I actually wound up taping the garment so that I could be somewhat comfortable! Next time i will def. know better & go elsewhere!!!! more

if you value your garment STAY AWAY!!!! 12/23/2009

i had two loose stitches on the edge of my $500 Schott Perfecto motorcycle jacket. it seemed like a simple repair. when i got the item back it was literally butchered, crooked and cut into the leather for a reason i can't figure out. the jacket is essentially ruined. to add insult to injury i was charged $25.00 for the ""repair"" (it looks ten times worse than when it was brought in). if you don't know how to repair a simple seam please DO NOT CUT INTO peoples beloved leather jackets, just be honest about your skill level. i would not recommend bringing any garment that you want to be wearable afterword to maribel alterations. Pros: nothing Cons: price, quality of work more
