Cafe wasn't accessible at the time I went. The souvenir shop wasn't either but I got in because the clerks lifted my chair into the place over the one unnecessary step. I think following the ADA rules would've made me want to go back. The cafe sold souvenirs like t-shirts all relating to the beach theme margaritaville of Buffet. more
