I had the most un-professional service imaginable. I would never go there again in my entire life, even if I were to receive the service for free. Customer service was non existen...

I had the most un-professional service imaginable. I would never go there again in my entire life, even if I were to receive the service for free. Customer service was non existent, I got sold services that I did not need and lastly they took twice as long as they initially promised. more

Great Old school shoe repair ( real cobblers, real brothers)\r Fine selection of new footwear as well : quality boots by Durango & others. My experience with Marelli bros... They have tailored specialty leather goods for me ( jackets as well as boots) & gone out of their way to provide top notch service not to be found in a "mall " shoe store/repair..I have been wearing a pair of boots from them for over ten years! & I have decided its finally time to replace them so I will have the Bros. ship me my new pair to New York!!\r Marelli Bros. none Better!! more
