March 18 2010, I placed an order for 2 glass tops to be cut and provided measurements. When my husband picked up the glass and came home I discovered that the glass was cut improperly. They were uneven.\r

I verified that the measurements requested was on the invoice. Upon notifiying Arco of their mistake the counter girl told me I needed to bring in the tables. \r

I was shocked! I thought she was kidding. When I realized she was serious I told her I had not intention of dragging in a table. I asked for a refund which I was told would not be forthcoming. \r

I work Mon-Friday 8:30 -5:15. Dealing with this company was not worth the time it would cost me to take time off from work to take it in and then pick it up. \r

This was a simple job, nothing complicated and they couldn't even get it correct. I was going to order 2 more glass tops that were larger. Thank God I decided to wait!!!!\r

They are the worst. BEWARE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!\r
