I schedule and appointment in march to try on wedding dresses with my mom and one of my bridesmaids. I was politely greeted and then directed to the room of wedding dresses. I was working with 2 of the sales ladies. They informed me that all of the dresses on the racks came in all the different colors, white, cream, etc and in every size from 2-30. She said that even if it was not in my size to try it on anyway. The room was very organized. All the dresses were arranged by size. I informed them that I was interested in white and strapless. My mom and I grabbed what we liked and the sales women as well grabbed some others. They were extremely helpful. The changing room was huge and as long as they did not mind me in my underwear I was comfortable with them being there. I tried on 10-12 dresses and found one Iiked. One of the sales woman told me she grabbed a dress off the rack for me to try on. I put it on and was in love!!! If she had not grabbed that dress I never would more

This store has a great selection of dresses for a small town. I went there on the recommendation of a co-worker and was very happy with my shopping experience. The sales associate helped me try on the dresses in a large fitting room and showed me veils with each one. I found THE DRESS and was able to buy it off the rack at a nice discount. My fiance also pick out tuxedos for the guys. \r I give them high marks for service and selection. Only downside, they are only open evenings on Friday. more

If you're looking for that one stop shop, marcile's is the place for you. I had nothing but great experiences there. Everyone was extremely helpful. I was able to choose a wedding gown, bridesmaids,tuxedos,and my mom even got her dress there. They also refered me to the hall across the street which was great. I recently went looking for my perfect wedding dress and decided to go here for my first stop. When i walked into the stores i was immediately meet by a sales associate. she asked if i was the bride and when the wedding date was. i told her it was July 7,2007. she immediately replied that there would be no way that i could order a formal wedding dress in time for my wedding seeing that there was only 5 months to go and in believing what she said i was directed to the bridesmaids dresses where she picked-out a white dress for me to try on and honestly i was surprised that it actually was almost what i had wanted, it was simple. the lady told me that i needed to order my dress right away and that it would be here in 6-8 weeks so wanting to have a wedding dress on my wedding day i order that dress as-well as the bridesmaids dresses, and when i come back in with my maid of honor and ask when the dresses would be in she told me 12-16 weeks i was horrified the dresses were going to be here a more

This is the store for the mature bride who knows what she wants. The wonderful woman who assisted me listened to my likes and dislikes, and proceeded to guide me to only six dresses (yes, I am that picky) which perfectly matched what I suggested. In addition, she identified a yellow undertone in my skin and pulled one dress in "candlelight" for me to simply try. Being an open-minded person, especially after seeing my skin against "bridal white", I was more than willing to try on the dress. And I wouldn't have expected it, but she was right! Thanks to her, I am in love with my gown.\r \r That being said, other suggestions were made to which I was not agreeable. I simply said that I didn't want to go that route, and I was met with a very accepting response.\r \r In addition, the dressing room provided ample space to try on the dress in privacy (with only my sister and the person assisting me), and did not require me to parade around in front of other store patrons.\r \r Not for one moment did more

I was immediately turned off upon entry to this bridal shop (I visited Jan 2003). The saleswoman approached me and asked if I was the bride. Having been newly engaged and arriving at my first dress place of the day, I happily said yes! She then asked what styles I liked, and we proceeded to the size street clothes I wear (for those who are new to this: wedding dresses can be 5-6 sizes larger than your "street clothes"). Before I could reply, the charming sales lady said "I bet you must wear at least a size 12 street clothes". Nope, sorry I wear a 4. Nice try though... Not being able to let this drop, the charming sales lady said "are you sure?" Well, I do dress myself daily, so I bet I do know what size I wear!
