I had a very poor experience:
Expensive:
Matt wanted $950 to replace a fuel pump. I took it elsewhere and got it done for $420.
Questionable honesty:
Was told my power window motor needed to be replaced - something I had recently replaced myself with a working part.
Pushy:
Constantly interrupted. Questions regarding charges were met with accusations of not respecting his business. Very unpleasant to communicate with.
An excerpt:
Me: "Matt, if you didn't know you were going to be charged for something, and then were charged, would you be frustrated?"
Matt: "No."
Condescending:
Had to listen to many lengthy analogies explaining things such as what a warranty is. I know what a warranty is. I feel like most people know what a warranty is.
Rude to women:
Matt audibly scoffed at a middle-aged woman at the shop by herself - to her face - when she questioned whether her repair would be cheaper without replacing one of the parts he was selling her.
I'd really recommend not doing business here.
