If I could give this place zero stars I would! I saw Dr. Chan on November 11, 2014 for dysport. That was okay, but, for the record, it was the shortest acting set of injections I have ever received. The office advertises as a ""posh"" place and it was extremely dumpy in appearance and in no way resembled a facility that caters to the upscale (I am a former nurse and worked for a plastic surgeon, so I had expectations).\r

While talking with her, I mentiioned that I wanted to make sure I was doing everything I could for my melasma and wanted to know if I needed to be doing any maintenance photo facials. Dr. Chan informed me it would be an additional $50 for the ""medical"" consult and I agreed since I thought I would get good information. She literally did not look at my face and told me that I needed to be wearing sunscreen...I was charged $50 for a 2 minute consult...Dr. Google is more informative than this girl! Not only that, I am a veterinarian and she proceeded to ask for free advice about her cat...what??!!\r

So, the front desk said I didn't owe anything...whatever. Now, 5 MONTHS later, I get a bill for $103!! What the heck?? \r

I will NEVER go back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
