Manhattan Time Service repaired my Longines watch. The crystal needed to be replaced and even worse the watch stopped working. This wristwatch means alot to me because my mother got it for me for my 30th birthday. She's no longer with us but this timepiece has alot of sentimental value. Anyway, M.T.S. did a masterful job in restoring the watch to where it looks and runs like new. They weren't the cheapest but they were recommended to me by a business associate in Brooklyn,because of their skilled people and customer service. more

Thanks to Watch Repair NY for their excellent job in fixing my fathers 1955 Atlantic Speed watch. The watch is of great sentimental value and was in poor state of repair. The restoration work has meant that it now looks in immaculate condition and keeps perfect time. A great job! Many thanks again. more

These guys are great, I bought a Rolex many years ago and always take it to them for service. Prices are reasonable and they often perform minor fixes for no charge. Glad to have them in town! more

I took my Dad's Rolex into Watch Repair NY because one of the hour indicators had come loose and was jamming the second/minute hand. They were able to fix it on the spot. I honestly thought this was going to be a huge ordeal and cost me a ton of money since it was a Rolex. Not so, they treated me fairly. Highly Recommended. more

Watch Repair NY fixed and cleaned my 60 year old Jaeger-LeCoultre. The watch looks brand new! They said it would take between 2 and 3 weeks. It took 2 weeks! I collect watches, i'll be back. Thanks Watch Repair NY. more

Great service! The guy there cleaned the underneath glass for me for free within 5 minutes! I was expecting to pay at least $50 for them to disassemble the watch and clean the inside but NOPE! 5 stars all the way! more

I had MTS machine engrave my watch with my initials. I?d had a problem with the last one where someone stole it and then claimed it was theirs when I caught them. Never got it back. Engraving is a great safety precaution, I definitely recommend doing it. MTS did a great job. No scratches, crystal clear letters, very legible. I?ll use them again. more

Whether you need to buy or repair a watch, Manhattan Time Service is my go-to watch dealer. They have a massive array of brands and watches for sale. They repair pretty much anything, and some stuff is even same-day. I?ve been coming to these guys for four years with any watch problems or needs and they?ve always been ready to assist in any way. I highly recommend them. more

New battery and polish - great! 1/1/2012

I took my watch to them for a battery replacement. They recommended I do a polishing too ? which it needed, I?d had it for 10 years ? and so I told them to go ahead. It took a few days, but the end result was very impressive. It was like they handed me back a brand new watch. I?m questioning if it even looked this good when I bought it, haha! more

Quick & Straightforward 1/1/2012

I don?t live very close to Manhattan, so I had to ship my watch to them for an estimate. Nevertheless, they were still really quick at getting back to me with an estimate (which was free). They weren?t pushy, they just laid out my options and pricing. I had them go ahead and fix it, and after just now receiving it back, I?m happy to say that it?s working perfectly. Recommended! more

Quick, good work, would do again 1/1/2012

I wanted a pressure test done to verify my watch was still functioning properly. I actually had no idea they do that same-day, so I was happily surprised. Turns out it WASN?T working right, as I?d suspected, and they were able to fix it and return it to me before sundown. Very quick service, professional, and good work! more

Stunning Customer Service 1/1/2012

The best customer service. I walked in because I?d heard about their same day repair. Unfortunately, they couldn?t help me, and I was really upset because I didn?t want to have to send it out to the manufacturer for months (I?d already been through this elsewhere). I got a little temperamental. Nevertheless, the staff was incredibly courteous and understanding. Their consideration for the customer really showed through. No, I didn?t have any work done with them, but I can say that they?re a really nice group of people who will do everything they can to assist a customer. 5 stars for excellent customer service. more

Largest selection by far 1/1/2012

Most stores don?t carry many leather watches ? sometimes none at all. I dunno why. I like to have an assortment at my disposal for various occasions, and I?m very picky, so I had pretty gone through every store in Manhattan before I came across MTS. They definitely had the largest selection of any other shops, and after looking at them all, I actually found one I was really pleased with. I walked out a happy customer. more

I actually had trouble finding a place that did laser engravings, which surprised me. I guess most places just aren?t equipped for it with watches. Anyway, I didn?t really have the money to buy my husband another watch for his birthday, so I thought engraving the one he had might be a nice little gift. MTS did it for me quickly, professionally, and without that much expense. I was really pleased with the final work and my husband appreciated the addition on his watch. Happiness for all! more

Life savers!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/1/2012

The same day service literally saved my life. My brother was on vacation coming back the next day, so I borrowed his watch ? the nice T-Touch he got for doing such a good job at work ? for a party to look cool. A couple of drinks later, I have no idea what happened, but I noticed the watch looked wet on the inside. Somehow the O-ring was gone. Seriously, I can?t even begin to tell you how that happened. I freaked out and went to Manhattan Time Service, who magically were able to remove all traces of water and replace the O-ring before my brother got home. He has no clue. They?re magicians. Miracle workers. Must-haves-on-your-speed-dial. more

Variety 1/1/2012

I went to these guys to purchase a watch. They had a really great selection, which I was surprised at since I knew about them because they have such a great rep for fixing watches. Nevertheless, they had a wide variety to look through and I was able to purchase two watches ? one as a gift, which I?d come in for, and another for me. I hadn?t expected that one. :P Pleasure to buy from! more
