Overpriced, and not fresh. If you LIKE this place or believe that the sushi is good, or original, you clearly don't know ANYTHING about real sushi. Im truly sad that there is nowhere in or around Westfield/Noblesville to get good sushi. more

Maneki Neko is the best sushi in the Indy area. Jimmy, the owner, makes the sushi himself, and it is always wonderful. We are a family of five, with children ranging in age from 15 to 7, and Jimmy and his wife have always made sure that they pay special attention to the children, and greet us personally from the first time we came in. One of the better sushi places in the area. Love the chicken and steak rolls. Have been there many times and have never experienced poor service or rude attitudes. Hibachi is good - pretty standard to what you might find at other restaurants. Sushi is what makes this place stand out. more

We love Japanese steak house and sushi. We've tried several in the area and elsewhere. Maneki Neko's food is good but their service is lousy. Every time we've gone there or called they have been unhelpful bordering on downright rude. It takes forever to get served a glass of water, let alone your actual meal. It has never been very busy when we've eaten there, so this would not account for the very slow service. Maneki Neko's food is good but other Japanese steak houses are comparable but with much better service. Their prices are comparable or more expensive than other Japanese steak houses in the area. Overall, the food just isn't good enough to put up with so much bad attitude, especially when there are many other great alternatives in the area.
