Had my 2010 Honda Civic in for the repair of a fender dent inflicted by an anonymous parking lot cretin. Mander Collision is the body shop recommended by my dealer. The free loaner was the frosting on the cake for me since I only have one vehicle. The repair was a bit more involved than I originally thought so the loaner vehicle was a lifesaver. The fender had to be painted and pushed out as well and as well as part of the door to blend. Now the car looks better than the day I got it from the dealer! I had them detail the car also and it looks outstanding. They even cleaned my messy trunk (which doubles as my garage!). more

Happy Fiesta! 3/9/2013

I took my Ford Fiesta to Mander the day it got hit...they looked at it right away, dealt with my insurance company and gave me "Free wheels while my car healed"! The work Rick Nelson did on my car was fantastic. He is a talented technician! They matched the lime green on my car pefectly. Thanks for the great service! more

I had my 2007 Nissan Versa in for repairs after and accident and received the best service ever!!! From the moment I took it in they took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and it was even done a week before they said it was going to be!! When I got it back it looked like new. I gotta say my Challenger looks brand new thanks to Nate and the crew at Mander's. I had the front bumper replaced due to a little dinger my wife put in it and it looks awesome. Thanks for making everything so easy! I would definetly recommend Manders! more

They do it all from minor to major and it will be done right. You can't even tell that we had work done, it is flawless! Wow!!! Hello, I just wanted everyone to know how happy and pleased with the service my husband and I recieved at Mander Collision and Glass. They are very professional and the customer service was just outstanding!!! We both are in customer service as are profession and they are doing it right at Mander's. You can't even tell that I had work done to my vehicle...WOW! There are alot of place to chose from, but there is only one choice for us. They do it all from minor to major repairs. Shoddy work 4/3/2012

I just have two peeves with Mander that lead me to believe that they are not as good quality of a shop as they lead people to believe. \r \r facts: a. Honda accord bumper and fender were misaligned when the car was delivered. I was told to come back to fix the alignment, which i was told initially was a 30 minute fix. When I went back a 3 weeks later (i was away on a business trip) I was told that a 'new' bumper needs to be ordered so that it aligns correctly. \r \r b. rust spot repair starts peeling off in 3 weeks. Of course a rust spot is never guaranteed, but it also does not start peeling 3 weeks after the repair. i believe that this was a shoddy job completed just in time to deliver the car before i left. \r \r bottom line: Check the quality of work and always add about 7 + days from the day they promise delivery. more

I was hoping to be pleased, but instead was disappointed. Maybe its something about high expectations but shouldn't a body shop be able to align body parts properly and do a paint job that does not start peeling in like - 3 weeks? !! Just a note to say how pleased I am with the repairs done to my car. After the accident, I thought that my car would never be the same, but it is. It is amazing what can be done to restore a car to its original state. Everyone at Mander was so easy to talk to. I was given a finish date of 01/20/12 and I picked it up on 01/18/12. Getting a free car is also an added bonus. Joe was great to work with and found a problem with the drivers door molding. He re-ordered the part and it took less than half an hour to install it. I will recommend Mander to anyone who needs repairs. Thanks for the wonderful service and repair that was flawless. Pros: null Cons: null more

My car was fixed great and the people were very friendly. Car was clean when I picked it up and they gave me a bag of popcorn when I picked it up. I would definately return there if needed in the future. more

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR FIXED HERE!!!!!! 4/1/2011

My car was taken to Mander Collision after a serious accident. It has been over a month since the accident and I still do not have my car back. Every time I call for an update, ( 4 times thus far) they take my message and say someone will call me back. NEVER once has anyone called me back. The called me 3 days ago to say my car was ready. I arranged for someone to pick me and my 2 small children up and take us over to Mander. I walked in the building, told them I was here to pick up my car and 5 people stared at me and said my car wasn't ready. They looked at me like I was crazy. I don't appreciate the customer service there....or lack thereof. I was originally told that I would not receive a loaner car. After a month of having my vehicle, they told me I should have received a loaner car from the beginning. I HAVE BEEN BEEN PAYING FOR A RENTAL CAR FOR OVER A MONTH. I am out thousands of dollars. I will never willingly take my car there for repairs and I hope no one else does either. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service. more

COMPLETELY unsatisfactory service. UNBELIEVABLE. i took my car in and was given a pickup date for 9 days later. which was then moved to 11 days later and then 12 days later and now 17 days later. each time i have called in to ask what time i can pick my car up the man working on my car (whose name is dennis) has lied to me about what is going on with the car, coming up with excuses for why they are moving the date again (such as 'ummm we are just busy..you know?') he has even lied to me about a dent on the side of the car that he 'didn't see before and must have been from something else' when in fact he had FORGOTTEN to fix it. after speaking to the manager all of his lies were unearthed and i can garuntee you that i am not a happy customer. and i ABSOLUTLY DO NOT recommend that anyone ever take their car to Mander. more

None Better Out There! 6/26/2005

If you want someone to repair your car correctly, want a body shop that has management with morals, then go to Mander. Their team is fantastic--they don't cut corners, and do their best to keep to the time frame promised for your repair. They are friendly and professional and great to deal with! Definitely worth the drive from Milwaukee--forget the get-rich dealerships, and go to Mander. They will treat you (and your car) the best! more
